The RSM Tenon Employer Protect management team consists of a balanced and experienced set of individuals with complementary skills and well-matched personalities.
They share a wealth of practical business experience both in the large corporate and SME sectors, which allows them a real understanding of the challenges that their customers face and a true empathy with their customers long term needs.
The directors have worked in the employment law and HR markets for many years and it is through their experiences, working closely with finance and HR departments, that they have identified an essential need for this service.
Brian Kemp FCIPD
Associate Director
Brian heads up these areas of our business. He has experience as an HR specialist, general manager and consultant. His HR career included three years as Personnel Director of an international office products group. He then built businesses in the rapidly changing IT market before founding and running a successful HR and Recruitment Consultancy in that sector. Specialist areas are Recruitment, Remuneration & Benefits and E-HR. He is also involved in the Further Education sector as a governor of a progressive FE college.
